Disspointed False promises

Once again I visited the Vodacom store at The Reds Mall seems to me that this store has too many consultants that don't want to work.... The problem that I was experiencing was with my router this female consultant opens the router points out the reset button and closes it... She did not assist in reseting the router then she refers me to another consultant who reluctantly logs on to her pc to assist me to establish that my upgrade is due in April. Your CX is pathetic... I also complained about the service in Nov last and was assured "something" will be done... That something was actually NOTHING at all... Too disspointing
