Dissatisfied with Vodacom service!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Vodacom. Vodacom made a mistake and now I cannot get a new data contract. I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out. I even went to Vodaworld and still no luck. No one can help me as the system says I cannot apply for a new contract. I am fedup with NO service. NO ONE is willing to help or even fix the mistake someone at Vodacom made. I have now gone to your opposition for a data contract. Thank you for nothing Vodacom!
