DISSATISFIED WITH VODACOM

I took a contract for a router with Vodacom over a year ago. The router worked for one night and stopped working. I started calling Vodacom requesting for help and I was sent from this person to that person plus ended up not getting any assistance. I also went into their branch at the Pavillion Mall a few times and they were also unable to assist. At one stage I was promised someone will come and collect the router for repairs which never happened.

I have proof of all the calls made and emails sent...

After 10 months of paying close to R500 a month I decided to stop paying. Vodacom started calling me for payment 2 months later and I told them I will gladly continue paying once they fix the router and they would promise to call me back and never do. A few days later a different consultant would call and I would explain my situation and they send a different consultant to call the next time. This morning I got a call from their Lawyer's offices giving me payment options. I explained to him and asked him if he would pay for something that doesn't work? He couldn't answer me but promised to call back at 2pm.

My patience with Vodacom has unfortunately run out!

I want nothing to do with Vodacom. I want this contract cancelled and the 10 payments refunded to me...
