Dissatisfied with handset

I got a CAT phone on contract and sent it for repairs because the phone's software was very slow and unresponsive. Phone came back and as soon as I started using it again the phone was exactly as before. It has been almost a year that various people said that they would try to get me a completely different make of cellphone as I did not want the phone. I even got a call from Vodacom where the person said that I could get another phone. Today I collected the CAT phone as I never heard from Vodacom again and when I got home there was no battery with my phone. I live 55km from Middelburg and have to travel there just to collect MY phone battery. Worst service ever!
