Dissatisfied with Call Centre Service and Systems
I'd like some assistance in dealing with Vodacom.

My contract line was 30days in arrears as of the 1st of March 2016.

I called Vodacom on the week ending 9th February to ask how much I needed to pay and when informed I went to Voda world to settle the amount and then called them back to reconnect the line which they did.

My line had been working since the 9th of February and then to my surprise on the 8th of March I was completely disconnected on the network.

What I fail to understand is that Vodacom says that their procedure is:
1. Softlock when account hasn't been paid for 30days
2. Hadlock if account hasn't been paid for 60days
3. Delete account if it hasn't been paid for 90 days.

Yes I do admit that my account had been in arrears but not for 60days and also the amount owing were being paid the first week of the next month and not going into 60days in arrears.

Now they have deleted my line and asked me to pay R2400 plus a reactivation fee of R285. My concern is that they themselves aren't even following theor own procedure and when you call to xpeak to the call center whether it be 111 or the legal department they give you attitude.
