DISSATISFIED VODACOM CUSTOMER

vodacom the service provider i have used for many years have let me down , i recently tried to apply for finance to purchase a vehicle and was turned down because of blacklisting by vodacom , i tried to get hold of someone in vodacom to assist me as my account has been paid till date by debit order , but an amount of R336.00 remains in arrears , i dont understand how this is possible as there is no reminders and the statements dont reflect the arrears and my bank account reflects the deductions montly , i have called the call center and have been put through mulitiple consultants who verified that my account is up to date with no arrears , i finallly got through to the senior supervisor who acknowledged the account is up to date and assured me that he would send me a confirmation letter to clear my name at the ITC and an apology letter . till date nothing has transpired , and now i have no choice but to take a step further to consumer council ,

after a few days i visited a vodacom store who gave me a reference number S3-G9M2W-WQSWV and assured me that i would receive an email by night fall , till date nothing has been done,

thank you
