<p>Dissatisfied/unhappy customer</p> <p>After having a look at Vodacom s deals on the myistore page, I had decided on purchasing the iPad Pro 12.9 inch 128GB on a Vodacom contract, which states online that it is being sold for R729pm on a 24 month contract which includes 5GB of data. After making sure I had all the necessary documentation to apply for a new contract, I happily arrived at the Istore locked and loaded to start the process. To my surprise the lady attending to my application informed me of a R6000.00 pay in that apparently was part of the contract however, was not stated anywhere online. She then proceeded to say that she had queried this before with vodacom due to another customer coming forward earlier requesting the same contract.</p> <p>How is it that this is not disclosed to the consumer as this is clearly a large amount that should be included in the adverti*****t.</p> <p>Extremely disappointed with the false advertising</p>
