Dissatisfied customer!!!!!!!!!

For the first time in 15 years, im very disappointed in vodacom customer service and their upgrade department. I done upgrades on the black Friday deals for data deal with the Playstation 5 for both my sons. The one Playstation and home internet deal with a cellphone A 34 on another number I received in 3 days! Wow for that first lady who helped me! Then I upgrade again a few days after that for my other son also data and playstation 5 deal and not received. And then they said its ion backorder untill there is stock. For two other numbers I done also that home internet deals of the 600gig data and then they told me it's not gonna work in their phones i must take another data deal. Then the one who helped me.told me there is a 700gig data and a 900gig Sim data deal only by them online. So I wanted that. But then they mixed it again with other deals. I got a lot of names of the people with whom I spoke too but still not much helped was given. Then I went to the one vodacom store where I stay and he put a request on the system but still not solved. Then he canceled the redmi phone that was also out of stock also a black Friday deal. And said it will be fixed but today I went to another big vodacom store and he also tried to help me and then we saw the Playstation 5 deal was canceled also. My whole account is messed up! What must I do now? I want my blackfriday deals! There is recordings of the conversations but yet they refuse to fix my contracts that i upgrade for! I got all my information on paper of how many times I phoned. Vodacom has *********** people working for them or vodacocom is paying their staff to give deals that customers don't want. Unhappy customer! Disappointed kids cause I promised them it will be sorted!
