Dissatisfied and disappointed customer
Vodacom is the most *********** company I've ever dealt with they would call you with no solution but to ask what they already know

13 Oct 2020, 16:48Well what's the point of having a team that's just as *********** you call centre agent, the only thing that I have gotten from Vodacom for the past couple of weeks has been cheeky and rude consultants and team leaders thinking they doing me a favor, you make promises that you never keep and no I don't just want a phone call for the sake of it I want a call with Solutions
