Dissatisfied

If you need WiFi be warned about service delivery from the Vodacom Team.

We're on the 6th day of no WiFi and they don't seem the least bit concerned about the length of this time.

I suggested that they load Mobile data in thd interim, while they get their house in order however this request was not considered.

A hub fault has ovcured. I have no idea what this means however I know that the it is a huge problem and cannot be affecting me alone surely.

With any crisis a good business has to have a backup plan. Not evident in this situation and outside suggestions are thwarted. At the risk of losing clients, not just me but future clients too. I fo hope those looking gor WiFi will read this.

Vodacom has no touch with their third party Vulatel - any business that wants to succeed should have information about the services they need to keep their clients happy.

A call logged on Tuesday 3rd still has no ETA to resolve. I followed up on the 5th and then only, received some response. To date (8th October) no technician has called and they are not sure whether or not their third party even works on Sundays.

Their staff are not equipped with problem solving skills. Reuben wWasson uninterested in talking to me, he was probably working from home and on dome Vidfo game I'm sure because the long silences were so discomforting. I eventually dropped the call to call back.

I then spoke to Rethabile who was trying but unfortunately even if he understood what I was asking for, he does not have the support from his superiors.

What I have experienced is not just poor service but an out of touch entity, which does not behave like a leader in it's field.

Unforseen matters do happen, they only need to be managed. Complacent companies usually die a painful death. Watch, when I want to cancel, I will be charged penalty fees yet this is how they treat a paying customer. So then what, we must simply accept this poor service and get used to it?

Will they compensate for not delivering on their side of the contract? I can't hold my breath.

Do they even respond on hellopeter? Judging by what I've experienced thus far, probably not. So I guess this is for you consumers.

Be warned.
