Dissatisfied

I have phone numerous times ********** , to cancel this contract of mine, I am holding on for 15-20 minutes, so I hang up to try again, an when I phone again, still the same.

I have sent emails aswell

If you phone any other department they answer almost immediately, but the cancellation department, does not answer at all. I don't know if this is your plan to keep customers paying for something they don't want anymore, because they get tired of phoning and not getting through.

I am cancelling this contract of mine, as from today, my last payment will be end of March.
