I have logged a call with Vodacom on the 16th of February 2016 regarding unstable network connection at my business premises. After numerous corresponds with Vodacom via phone and email they came and helped me about a month later that the 7 – 14 work days they said they would help me. A technician phoned me to make an appointment. He made the appointment for the next Monday because he wanted to come with the correct equipment. After being late by more than an hour the technician pitched for the appointment but without the nesacery equipment that he needed to test for the signal. The technician stood at his car checked the signal on his phone and gave me a booster. The technician told me that I need to install the booster myself and got in his car and took of. I told him that I am not satisfied with the service and that he must not close my call. I installed the booster and found that the booster is not working at all. I then called Vodacom again only to find out that my call has been closed. I then opened a new call and just like the previous time they would have sent a technician to my premises within 7 – 14 work days. Again it is more than a month later and I have not heard anything from Vodacom regarding my matter, and this after numerous calls and emails send to them. This past week I phones Vodacom to cancel my contracts with them. I struggle to do business as I can’t make any phone calls from my office. Again they can’t help me. I called business contract retrench department and they said that I must call the data department to cancel my contract. I don’t understand how this work. The data department said that I must call the business contracts retrench department. It is just an ongoing circle and I can’t do any business. They can’t even help me to stop my contracts with them.
