Dissappointed Vodacom User

I took out a new contract with Vodacom. I must admit, I was wrong not to read the terms and conditions, so on 27 October 2018 Vodacom informed me that my account was in arrears of R122.61, the debit order was unpaid. So I contacted Vodacom, they informed me of the situation and the person I was talking to (a male, I am sure if they go back to their recorded calls, as we are all informed that the calls are recorded, they will find it) informed me that I do not need to worry as the R122.61 will be taken with my debit order that will go off on 28 October 2018. Needless to say, they took R21 73...? Now my account is in arrears for R100.88 and they cut my services. So when I phoned and told them that the person I talked to in October told me not to worry, the amount will be taken with my debit order, the response was sorry, your account is blocked and will be unblocked when the payment is made. I am very very very disappointed with Vodacom. There is a reason that I pay via debit order. So why should I be penalised for a mistake that they made? Now I have to go to a store to pay there because Vodacom does not support Capitec bank to do EFT's from. I do admit that I did not make sure of the contract costs, that was my mistake, but I was reassured that the amount will be taken with the debit order of 28 October 2018.
