Dissappearing airtime from vodacom

vodacom is no longer the company it used to be ,from January 2026 up to now complaining about one thing with no result ,they have also blocked my me because I can't phone their customer service ,a week ago one of their reps Lester Daniel's phoned me and promised to investigate the issue but never came back ,I was refunded R300 and third party services were blocked and I even received confirmation about it but still R170 was taken from my account realizing that I was blocked to phone vodacom customer services ,I went to vodashop in wonderpark ,They manage to phone vodacom customer care i was assisted by Kamogelo who promised to call Lester Daniel's but I didn't get a response for two weeks ,On 22 February 2026 again R200 was taken from my account ,I am frustrated by the whole situation yet vodacom is paid R2680 from bank .How can I solve this problem ,I am having 4 contracts with vodacom for more than 30yrs I going to cancel all of them ,this company is useless my main number is *** is the one that is affected most
