Dissappearing airtime

I have been struggling to get my refund because vodacom says it Google play who is taking my airtime from my account with vodacom .On the 7Feb 2026 a lady from vodacom phone me and propose to me that I accept R400 for both numbers that were de*****ed and accepted .She blocked all third-party services from my accounts *** and ***).,but to my surprise after two days R150 was taken from my *** same old story Google play .I phoned vodacom again the ref was generated and sent to ads technical for perusal and yesterday I received a message that is closed without talking me or refund my money .I phone customer service ,I was told that the supervisor will phone me even up to now nobody has contacted me.
