Dissaponiting service

I was so disappointed by Vodacom that they do not recycle numbers , I had my number for more than 10 years and it was cancelled , I went to the stores and called their call Centre ! no one could help ! its gone for good! account is paid up but cannot get number back ! ghaaa! imagine having to change your number after so long ! *hands washed*
