Dissapointing customer service

Following my correspondence via Hello Peter on the 19 of December 2018. I have been trying to trace an order made by myself on Vodacom's Black Friday online special being a data contract with a Samsung smart tv, after many attempts to contact Vodacom to follow up on this contract as stated on my previous review I have been given the run around regarding this upgrade, my cell number in question has been upgraded and the data reflects on my balance but the TV hasn't ben delivered as yet, I have been previously advised that the deal was not processed if so how was the data contract upgraded and the TV not processed when this was part of the same deal.i have called up yet again today, and been advised by Sharmain from the call centre that 1. the deal is pending documents, however upon further investigation she found that the sim card for this upgrade was not delivered yet and the matter had to be escalated, upon me asking to speak to a supervisor on duty, I was advised that there was only 1 supervisor available and he/she had just stepped out and I was unable to speak to him /her, the agent was also not able to disclose a name of a supervisor whom I could call back for or an alternative contact number for him or her.

I followed up once again yesterday 08/01/19 and yet again to be dissapointed I spoke to a lady Waseema who now tells me that i must contact samsung for the TV. This is absolute nonsense and false advertising I dont think i want to deal with vodacom any longer because the service level and the lies are pathetic. I mean seriously guys 23rd of november was black friday today is the 09/01/19 i called again to speak to a supervisor yet again to hear that todays excuse is that they are all in a meeting. The reason i signed up this deal was for the TV but if i am not getting the TV then I DON NOT WANT THIS CONTRACT and i do not want to be bull****ted anymore its either you guys are delivering the TV to me by latest this friday or terminate the contract its pointless me getting 10gigs of data and not having the smart tv.
