Dissapointing

I am writing this review in regard to my Application which i submitted yesterday 1 JULY 2019. I app**** for a contract uChoose Flexi 175 and i received 3 emails and 2 smses confirming that my application has been referred, this is what it stated : Your Application for Referral Number ***4 has been Referred. The second one : Your Application for Referral Number ***4 has been Approved.

Samsung Galaxy A30 Samsung Galaxy A30 I have been trying to follow up on this application with no avail, no one seems to know what is going on and no one can find the application except for 1 declined application in April. I am asking how this is possible, if i did receive confirmation on both e mail and sms ?? The application just vanished ? I have been looking forward in becoming a valued customer with Vodacom for such a long time now, but applications just vanish ? With no further information.
