Dissapointing

Yet again Vodacom dissapounts, today i get a notification that my order will only be delivered within 3 working days, after an application that has been sitting since the 6th of April, yesterday a consultant contacted me assuring me that i will receive my order and that she will contact the relevent department to arrange, but to my dissapointment my order will according to Vodacom only be delivered within 3 Working days, this means next week sometime ? Its totally rediculous and unaceptable after what i had to go through and an application that has been sitting since the 6th of April, also another dissapountment is the fact that a 2nd contract application was done yesterday afternoon, the consultant concluded the application and i was told that i would be notified and also receive a call, this also never happned, i am still waiting, no word no feedback, i just cant understand why this is happening, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME IN A PROPER DECENT WAY ??
