Dissapointed , new contracts

So here i am trying to get my mom a more decent phone.

After speaking to vodacom N1 City (Opposite the entrance / Pep) the first time they informed me - if i have a current contract with them i will only need to bring my ID with- As i travel from far and had to make sure of this. Futher more my mother reaallly wants to keep her old phone number. So she was struggling getting the phone ported to vodacom - but long story short. she had to first speak to cell c - which by the way is on the other side of the shopping centre. So i kid you not when i got mad, as she cannot walk that far with her (very obvious i might add) disability - but lets not go into that.

So almost deciding to walk out and support another franchise, and after some demanding and not having to force her to walk up and down in the corridors we got to just phone Cell C from the vodacom store. I mean really its so frustrating when someone can see she has this disability and still want to tell her to walk all that way,.... So now we find out the phone has to be ported and then only can we come back.

So when i went back a month later to take mommy to get a brand new phone, imagine my reaction when i had to find out , now i need to run up and down to get my proof of address / bank statements. Ok all fair and well , i did just that.

Futhermore they could not get the porting done in time. So atleast now i can sign off on the contract as its going in my name, And we can get the phone in 24 - 48 hours. Once again imagine my furry when this is not happing - So on monday 02-01-2017 i receive a call "Do we still want the phone, as they cant keep it for us that long - I told the lady to follow up with my mother as she knows how far the porting is, and told her its not our fault if there 24-48 hours has turned into 4 days!" Now its almost a WEEK since ive been there and GUESS WHAT !!! Still no phone.

My mother phoned them again for the how manieth time, this morning and they said "we will get someone to call you back"And once again GUESS WHAT still waiting. .............

So we will be taking other action and using the other store in N1 City.

Sick of stuggeling with people that cant do their jobs right!
