Dissapointed in Vodacom upgrade business
Why does Vodacom keep on phoning us to upgrade and when we do it, we are told that they do not have stock. Was phoned beginning Feb by Ndumiso Ngawane and I accepted the offer. Never heard from Vodacom again. Was phoned today by Jo-Anne Govender and when I accepted the offer for upgrade for Iphone 7, I was told that they do not have stock. So dissapointing

19 Apr 2021, 11:55My complaint with Vodacom is that we get numerous calls from Vodacom about our upgrade that is overdue. After a lenghty discussion with the agent and us giving the "go-ahead" for the upgrade. Only to be told again that Vodacom does not have stock! Please stop phoning us and giving us false hope for an upgrade!
