Dissapointed in the whole Vodacom group

Vodacom is the worst service ever. I am a loyal customer for over 10 years and I lost my job, I couldn't pay I explain it to them that I had no funds coming in, they said that I should send a affidavit from the police station I did send it to them and they cut my service, I recently got a job and want to pay and they deleted my number, even after sending the police document, I will never again recommend Vodacom ever I'll pay what I owe and Vodacom will never see me again.

On top of that the lady refuse to give me the details to pay my account because I have to work on a budget, I ask to send the details on email and she refuse worst service ever
