Dissapointed

I have a complaint my phone was insured with vodacom insurance hisense valued at R900 they replace the phone because it couldn't be repaired but now they replacing it with a cheap phone called Vodafone kicka which is only R400 but I paid for insurance for a R900 device I didn't even open the phone it's still sealed in the box I was told there was couple of phones i can choose from but there was only this one i will be putting this on hellopieter and on jour facebook page untill resolved also vodacom insurance is a **** i even paid R100 excess so actually i got a phone worth less than R400 i hope i will get feedback
