DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER OF VODACOM

I have upgraded to a S8 on 12th May 2018 at Vodacom Ghandi Square Branch and I was advised by the Consultant who was assisting me to upgrade that I was entitled to one free screen replacement which condition I had accepted. On 12th January 2018 I attended Vodacom Ghandi Branch and I advised Charlotte of the problem and she advised me that Vodacom is going to charge me to replace the screen and I told her that the Consultant who assisted me advised me that I was entitled to one once off free screen replacement and she advised me that it was not true. I told her to sent the phone to Vodacom Repair and I received an sms that the costs to repair the screen is R4 254.81 and advised them that I was unable to pay the amount and the phone was sent back to me. I lodged a complaint with customercare and was advised to lodged a complaint with the Store Manager at Vodacom Ghandi Square of which I did and with all due respect that Manager was not interested to listen to me and brushed me off. The LCD of the phone gave me problem and the phone switched off and again sent it to Vodacom for repairs on 10th JULY 2018 and they quoted me R3 811.00. I sent Vodacom numerous e-mails as well to the Storemanager but to no avail. No one wants to take responsibility. HAD THAT CONSULTANT NOT **** TO ME I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A SCREEN PROTECTOR BECAUSE I AM PAYING R830.00 A MONTH, BUT THE CONSULTANT **** TO MAKE A SALE THATS THE LEAST TO SAY. THE TOTAL COSTS FOR THE REPAIR IS ALMOST R8 000,00 AND JUST BECAUSE THE CONSULTANT WANTED TO MAKE SALE AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED THAT MY QUERY IS DRAGGING ON 6 MONTHS. BUT BE REST ASSURED THAT I WILL NEVER EVER RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM NEXT YEAR OR EVER AGAIN
