Dissapointed customer

Recently since December 2018 I have been getting messages from vodacom about being recharged with 10mb data for the day,as part of their summer promotions. Even today I had received a message for 40mb data. Yet everytime I use the internet my data is getting used. How is that possible when I have been rewarded with, in total 50mb data today. So it's an absolute lie. Another thing is we get messages about being entered into their lucky draw stand a chance to win R50000 or grand prize... when I go on their web site, there's absolutely no Indication of a lucky draw or customers winning. So why is vodacom lieing to their customers and getting us all excited about this. When it is a lie.

I have been a loyal vodacom customer for +/- 18years... And the service has gone down tremendously,especially the atrium overport branch, to a point where I will be changing networks when my contract ends. It's very sad.
