Dissapointed customer

Vodacom is the worst network ever. I took a conteact with them , they failed to debit the account even after making arrangements to pay numerous times. I then settled the account and was given a settlement letter stating that i have paid in full. A few days later i received a statement saying i still owe an amount to them i have tried numerous time to contact them to query this but i cant reach them i have been to the galleria branch and was then sent to the gateway branch where i was told i need to contact the call centre but i cannot reach them,i have even sent emails but no response . THE SERVICE FROM VODACOM IS PATHETIC.
