Dissapointed client

<p>I would like to know after being a customer of vodacom for more than 10 years and spending a substantial amount of money more than what is required to become a platinum client, i requested to change my contract to platinum as was told that the amount spend is structureddifcerently, and that a single contract needs to exceex the said amount, whchis R2500 per month, now my contract is the highest VIP Red account with unlimited calls and sms's.</p> <p>So how would i spend more money than the R1999.00 for unlimited calls, so you cant become platinum, even if i pay a monthly bill more than R4000 per month, i am sure there is service providers that will look better after clients than vodacom, i am so so dissapointed.</p>
