How long must you wait to be contacted by RAM for confirmation of address for delivery of an upgraded device? Vodacom nags you to upgrade and when you do with a promotion they take forever to contact or keep you updated? Is this how it must go? my previous device I barely waited 2 days, it has been 3 days now? Really?
