Dissapointed

I had a contract with Vodacom which I paid up, had an upgrade and then lost my job. Got a new job and made an arrangement to pay off my debt.. I was given an amount I owed...I paid off the account in October 2014. December a friend told me how Vodacom came back and told her she owes more whilst she paid. I called in January to make certain I was on R0.00...I was told I owed R900 and something. I thought I would pay it in two instalments February and March but could'nt, Monday I got a call that I owe R1800 and the R1100 was for legal fees...I am going to pay off the amount and will not use Vodacom ever in my life. After 13 years of great service it has come to this. so disappointed.
