Dissapointed

I took out a contract on Wednesday 29th July... I have been with cell c for over 10years and have all my contracts with them. (ipad, wifi and 2 cellphone contracts). We decided to get a second phone with vodacom as a back up if cell c's signal is down. The people at chatz were very laid back.. slow service. The lady asked me if i wanted called ID, its R9.50 extra a month.. I said yes.. Its been 2days and the if you call the phone it still says private number. I called vodacom today and asked what is going on and they said ID wasnt activated? I clearly stated to her i wanted it and i still signed for it.. very poor and inconvenient.. The lady also asked me if i wanted to have the phone activated instore as i need Wifi. I said yes as i didnt want to use my own data. The guy who did it said it wil take about 15minutes. It took over an hour. He was so busy on his own phone (a blackberry). He paid no attention to me. He would press something on my phone then do something on his. He could see i was irratated as i had 2 small kids with who wouldnt sit still.. He also could barely look me in the eye when he spoke. It was so unprofessional.. I would of done it at home rather!!!
