Dissapointed

I am genuinely not upset over their service, but more dissapointed or heart broken at their long term interest and maintenance of the contract we have. I have been due for an upgrade on my laptop since April, they haven't even bothered to let me know, contact me or made an effort to provide a suitable upgrade. I have phoned them 2 times to get assistance. The MSI Katana 17 i9 16GB/1TB SSD 17.3-inch Gaming Laptop is currently available on their website, and is the only actual available upgrade to the Core I7 TUF gaming laptop that I have. It is due to be replaced so this would be an excellent upgrade. I don't care about current available stock. I just want to put in the request for the upgrade, they then source the stock and proceed. It saves time to get everything ready and approved as oppsed to me having to keep checking if its available. Because they keep removing the alternatives from the website. When did Vodacom stop maintainging existing customers professionaly? Why are you not offering me any good alternatives to keep me as a customer? I have never, not even 1 time defaulted on a payment on any of my devices with you and yet you are making no effort to retain me? It is honestly very dissapointing :(

Sure, they can phone me at 12:00pm any day of the week. I am in class till 8pm from 14:00 and between 8am and 11:30 every day. Funny thing, one of your consultants did promise to phone me at 12 today and he didn't. It just goes to prove my point. There doesn't seem to be an interest to retain paying customers. Are you just happy to land a client and then no service follows as long as you get paid?
