Dissapointed

I have a complain towards the way Vodacom is handling clients as if they are owning the market. I have done a upgrade on one of my lines and received the handset after struggling to get the order done online( not because i don't know what to do), but that's a different story. Changed sim cardsand downloaded apps on the new handset and was busy on the handset setting it up as per each handset one receive. the haven't even been on for 3 hours when the screen went blank but the phone was still on, restarted it and then the left half of the screen worked the other half isn't working. When I phoned Vodacom it was after 5pm so were given instruction to phone back on Saturday after 9. I then phoned on Saturday 05 August 2017 and spoke to a Nicoleen, who then said she will lock a call for pick up of the handset and all accessories. Phoned back on 07 August 2017 and spoke to a Shadey who said nothing has been logged and that she will log a pick up request for the handset etc. Then i decide to phone back a bit later the same monday to check if it has been done an spoke to a Amelia 13:56, 07 August 2017 and still nothing. She then also said that she will log a pick up request with Vodacom's admin department to give it through to RAM Couriers to pick up the handset etc. from me. This is promised to take 7-14 Working Days. To me this is poor service! You struggle nowadays to order a handset you want, the when finally receiving the product it's faulty, but that too is the PAYING consumer's problem and fault. This must be a gap that opposition must take, because Vodacom thinks that the market belongs to them because the have 58% market share and more than 23 million customers. Customer Service is not one of their key areas. That 58% will drop for sure if it keep on going like this. this is but one of my plenty complaints!
