Dissapointed

I have experienced the worse service ever the consultants could not assist me. Vodacom has handed me over to a legal department saying I'm not paying but every month the deduction went off it's on my statement when I showed the legal department they were not interested Vodacom never notified me of any arreas in my mind I'm thinking everything is fine payments going well I feel disappointed in Vodacom can at least have warned me but I still feel to that I'm unfairly treated I would like this case to be investigated and should come back to me and explain... Today I speak to the Vodacom consultant I ask y is Vodacom stil deducting monthly but iv alrdy made arrangements with the legal team now she wants my bank statements to see if they are deducting how can I pay the legal department n Vodacom this is messed up and then she tells me that when I'm done with the lawyers I'm still gonna have to pay the contract finish how the hell.... I need this matter to be sorted out asap. Vodacom is messing up my credit score and I don't feel it's right what you do to your customers il never in my life open a contract with you again or recommend anyone. Until this matter can be resolved il nva trust Vodacom again cos I feel there is a mistake sum where.
