Dissapearing Phone

Cellphone delivered for repairs and an insufficient report was drafted and handed to me, the customer.
I was told Vodacom would update me on the status of the phone within 3 working days.
By day 4 i started calling the store, who's landline is always engaged, when they do not answer.
QUITE IRONIC FOR A MOBILE OPERATORS PHONES TO RING OFF THE HOOK!!!
When i finally got through the entire store could not help me with a status as they did not know where the phone was.
I spent more time and money continuously calling Vodacom customer care and the repair centre at Gateway.
Eventually after non stop phone calls and all the agents passing the buck on me, i found the actual agent, Janet, that originally handled the phone. She could not find the phone she had booked in till later after which i was told she had forgotten to send it for repairs. I asked to speak to the store manager and i wasn't allowed and nor will he call me back.

a month after spending alot of time and money running after Vodacom's pavilion office i managed to confirm my phone has finally gone in for repairs and i can expect it within a month or so...

Great service team. I would expect this from Cell C but not Vodacom.
