Dissapearing of airtime

********** 138 I am on a 2Gig data / topup account. the 2Gig is normally enough to cover my need, as I am using this on my tablet, and normally only for Facebook, pinterest, and when on holiday for googlemaps(that was now on December when we were on holiday). On the 13th of January I accidently transfered R139 to this account in stead of to my phone which I use only for phone calls. I am not at home during the day, as Im teaching at a farm school, where there is no reception at all. Im only back home at around 3H30 every day. Then doing the normal c****s and only during night time I will go on Facebook/pinterest.

Last Night when I wanted to go on FB suddenly My R140 credit DISSAPEARED!!! I was on FB the night before.(30th) from around 21H00 untill about )21h45 !!!! Whe I phoned it. the lady at the call centre firstly told me it was subscriptions for Mobiteacher and Chatpose that went off, And I subscribed to this last year in June allready!!! never ever did I subscribed nor did they took any R10 p day from my account.. Then she changed the story to I ran out of data on the 30th and I used R140 worth of data for 45 Minutes on Facebook??? they took the R140 for data used,..really???? I never received any message that I ran out of data as previously! this is not acceptable!! The other problem is that I recharged the double data in December which means it is only available for 30 days. (this is *****ing.. if you buy something from Shoprite then its mine... im not giving back the unused stuff after 30 days) how can the cellphone companies take back what I paid for!!!
