Disrespectful Support team

I am very frustrated with the lack of respect I've received from the Vodacom support team. Since the beginning of this year, the internet coverage in my area has significantly declined. Additionally, the TOBI system has been syncing my device excessively, leading to damage that forced me to change my SIM card. When I attempted to cancel my contract, I was informed that I would need to pay R3,000 for early termination.am not paying that money for a service i do not use

On February 3rd, I submitted a service request to the networking team with the reference number "***." On February 6th at approximately 2 PM, I received a call from Vodacom, but I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up. An hour later, the request was closed because they couldn't get in touch with me. This level of customer support is unacceptable; they only made one attempt to contact me before closing the request. Later that day, I asked for the case to be reopened reference number "5-CT7P8WBJG". Since reopening, I've only received calls from two agents informing me that my case is still open and that a networking agent will reach out to me. However, this time on the 14th of February my case was closed with the same resolution note stating they couldn't reach me. Yet, no one from Vodacom has tried to call me in the past two days.

Since the 14th, I have been attempting to escalate this issue from one supervisor to another, with the most recent one being named Isaac. what must i do for Vodacom to respect me? escalate to ICASA or post Social Media ?
