Disrespectful incompetant idiots

<p>Just spoke to the rudest advisor ever at Vodacom so called "Customer Care" team. The Advisor was explaining that there are background apps running on the device and it has all been closed down i explained. I asked him a few things and he got a bit snobby with his attitude and i told him i am getting frustrated and i can get rude and this f*#$ face tells me that he can get rude as well when i asked to speak to a manager he told that nobody is available and dropped the line. So basically im without data? No answer to where my data is going and ****py service to say the least</p>
