Disrespectful employees and bad customer service

I want to know why all of the calls I receive are unknown? I Bought an S23 ultra on February and I'm completely unsatisfied with that. Even after downloading truecaller the phone numbers won't show it will say " hidden number".

Lastly I'm completely unsatisfied with the customer service we receive at Matlosana Branch Klerksdorp, some of your white employers are completely out of line, they have no respect for customers they insult whenever they open their mouth I don't know if in their brain for them to get along with us Africans they must insult while assisting us or what's up I'm completely unhappy with that cause as a customer when coming to purchase a product from any shop my expectations is to receive good service and what I came to purchase not to be insulted indirectly or having to hear your employer having to insult out of the blue while assisting me and I find it very strange that the same person that assisted me was assisting a white person same race as theirs and they were very respectful with them and never heard them throwing insult now and then while they getting to assit them.

I don't want to bring ****** or anything on this, I do like your employers to assist us with the very same manner and respect they assit their fellow white people cause we are all people of color and for that we shouldn't be treated unfairly or treated like we don't deserve certain things.

Someone who insults alone while helping you has nothing to do with being sarcastic!. I could have taken this matter further but I came here so you can fix your employers and educate them more on how to treat a customer with respect and how to curry out a good service.
