Disrespectful and Rude Vodacom Cancellations Staff refusing to Cancel as per Client's requirement

Been a customer for over 30 years. Now a pensioner, so I called Vodacom Cancellations (# ***) to cancel only 4 of my existing 6 SIM cards. Firstly spoke to a 'Precious', when she heard the word "Cancel" she kept me online for 9 mins only to discover she had cut me off.. Recalled, got to a Katlego, he transferred me to Cancellations and a "Mohamed" answered. It was obvious he was going to be difficult when he heard 'cancel', he asked 100's of verification questions despoute knowing it was me, then when I gave him the 4 numbers he **** that he couldn't see those numbers under my name/ID. I had their Vodacom Account in front of me, when I told him so he surprisedly found one (lowest subscription fee), kept on interrupting me very rudely when I told him I wanted to cancel it, instead he started trying to sell me an extra 5GB data at a discounted price, I told him I wasn't interested and that all I wanted was to cancel the 4 cards, he ignored me and kept on talking over me. When he heard me starting to get really annoyed he said something I never understood and casually cut me off!!! Amazing, after 30 yrs loyalty and now a pensioner I cannot cancel 4 of my 6 cards because Vodacom's staff simply refuse to cooperate and adhere to your instructions, instead they want to see you MORE to receive Commission for the sale!!. It's their Cacellation Dept, why are they not accepting that a loyal customer wants to cancel some of his Cards, not all!! There needs to seriously be a change in personnel in their Cancellations Dept. It is obvious when you try speaking to them that they are hell-bent on rather selling you something new at a supposedly lower rate instead of showing Respect and Cooperation with loyal clients and simply adhering to their requests. My suggestion to potential new Clients, think VERY CAREFULLY before joining Vodacom. Their staff's arrogance cause they are the Biggest with a virtual Monopoly is something which needs to be considered before signing on the dotted line.
