Disrespect

My sister in law passed away a year ago. Somehow Vodacom got my number and have been phoning me even week. I have sent them her death certificate to no avail. Last week their debt collecting agency phoned me three times in one day. They are rude and disrespectful. When I asked them to email me as I was away they put the phone down in my ear. The next caller told me it's my responsibility to send them the death certificate again.....it really isn't. I have been nice and patient for a year now and now I have had enough.
