Disregard for the CPA
ve been struggling with Vodacom since November 2014 to refund me on a faulty Samsung S5 Mini. The phone has been booked in 5times since then. They repaired it once without my concent or even asking me whether I want a replacement or a refund. They dragged the whole proses out till I am now out of my six months that the CPA gives me within I am entitled to ask for a refund. Now there just saying sorry its past the six months they cant do anything.

Why do they still have 7day policy for refunds and replacements when the CPA cleary states that it should be six months. Is'nt it against the law? In cases like mine the Consumer Protection Act does not protect the consumer at all because of the blatent disregard there of by big companies like Vodacom.
