Disputed Invoice and Line cut-off

I have a contract with Vodacom that I updated last year in August. My cellphone line has been cut- off since the 10th of January 2017. I have been calling them since the 10th but with no help. I have spoken to different department but with no luck. Everytime when i phone, they refer me to a certain department only for that department to send me to another one.

I disputed an invoice of R520 with them last year October and I was told the request(1- ********** 9288) was finalised, until last week when my line was cut. I realised the request was not finalised. This has also had an effect in my credit record.

Last week friday (13th of January 2017), I was advise to get a new services request number(1- ********** 866563) for them to help me out but it looks like their turnaround time increase everytime i speak to a diffent person. Last week friday I was told that it will take 3 working days for it to be sorted. Today I spoke to 3 people but with no help. One told me that the turnaround time is 13 days and another one said its 7-14 days.

I am not sure what to do. I have spoken to these below departments already and they made empty promises:

Biling department

Subscriber collection

Solution

Client contact centre

Upgrade

Reviewer Update

I have been waiting since last week for a Consultant to contact me. Everyone promise to phone me back and they dont. Vodacom does not honor or have TCF at all.
