Dispute of upgrade on my vodacom contract without my consent or appoval

Still waiting for revesal of the upgrade that was done without my consent by one of vodacom reward consultant was promised it will be reversed within two business days but to date nothing is done and the debit went through on the 15th of November including the very same upgraded amount 🙄🙄🙄🙄
