Hello Peter please help me with vodacom

I have reported the issue to the stores... Someone opened cellphone contract with my documents i don't know how but i just got a deduction from vodacom i went to the store to report the issue and they asked me to give affidavit and my ID copy.. After that I'm still getting calls from them saying I'm still owning i must pay.. To date I haven't received any feedback from vodacom all I'm left with is a bad credit score because i have been handed over to credit bureau

A big company like vodacom operating with a dis functional ***** department.. I have seen a lot of people writing about the same experience as mine about vodacom. Their stuff commit ***** with our personal information and ignore us when we complain

I went to their store in Ghandi Square but no help I'm saying in joburg but the contract was taken in cape town. They just gave me the reference number to follow up but nothing till date
