I have laid a dispute with your company, sent my documents and non of your agents have called me up to now which is very alarming. I have no business affiliation with your company and i have never subscribed to your network in my life.Yet you guys opened an account in my name without my knowledge, used a false address, false email address and i bet a false cell number, as to my banking details i have no clue how you got hold of them to process a cellphone contract transaction in my name. I indicated i need an agent to call me not auto responses that are not clarifying the situation at hand. Can you guys stop sending me sms telling me i have arrears unless its do with dispute.
