Dispictable Service By Vodacom

Wow Vodacom this is how you treat client of over 20 years, I just realised now that I havent been receiving sms and phone calls, my bank has been sending notifications and they are not coming through. All the sudden my number has be deactivated withough informing me no sms no phone call nothing. Call centre says it not Vodacom job to inform you that your number will be deleted. I have had this number over 20 years all my opt goes through this number. Knowing Vodacom client care is never their priority and they actually dont care even if you report them.
