Dismal Service from Vodacom

The Subscriber collections department has the most unhelpful consultants that do not seem to want to help anyone or show any interest. I have now called twice for my issue to be rectified and they have advised me that i still need to wait even longer, after my issue wasn't sorted out the first time.
