Disloyal disrepectful inconsiderate service provider

Totally unacceptable, ********* service from Vodacom - no respect or consideration for clients and no loyalty in return for being loyal clients. Totally let down in very difficult circumstances!! My husband was one of Vodacoms first 100 clients. He sadly passed away in February. He supported and spent a lot of money on Vodacom for all these years. Beginning March I spent about 6 hours at Vodacom filling in forms, supp**** them with all the necessary documents and asked that the account be transferred to my name without interrupting the service and also to change the debit order to an account not frozen in estate - the business still runs through his cell number and my daughters cellphones were also on his contract. Also we did not want to lose the first 100 Voda client account for sake of sentiment. Currently almost 4 months later, absolutely nothing has been done re this account. I called numerous times to enquire re progress and be kept updated to ensure the account is paid - billing was still sent to the deceased email although I requested it be changed to my email. The last time I went to Vodastore to try sort out the account the waiting time I was told 130 minutes!!!!! Quite impossible to sit there for so long if you have to take time away from working. 3 days ago all the cellnrs on the account was suspended without any notice, although the account is paid in full. This apparently because they suddenly realised that my husband is deceased due to my daughter enquiring why her nr is suspended. Regardless I supp**** them with all the info and docs 4 months ago. There is absolutely no concern leaving us all without necessary tele communication - 2 of my daughters are doctors requiring to be reachable when they are on call and the business not being able to receive and make calls. Vodacom not interested at all to sort out as a matter of urgency - how hard is it to reconnect immediately seeing that they have a fully paid account and stalled on the matter with no action for 4 months. The saddest part of all is the lost voice mail message on my husbands phone that my daughters were able to call and still hear his voice - with some communication we would have expected such action and have been able to save it!! Now lost forever.

And still no action. The staff at our branch cannot get Vodacom to any action and activate the wrongfully suspended account. You have all the documents, our money and have stalled this for 4 months now. No decency or client care to provide service.
