Disinterested attitude and bad product

I bought my Samsung A3 in September 2015. I bought it from Vodashop in Kenilworth centre, Cape Town. It was repaired in the shop a few times for constant niggly problems, I lost my contacts, I lost a few camera functions, etc. It went back to the shop about four times. Not a great start, I travelled overseas and only had very basic camera functions, mode function did not work and it affected my ability to take photos on my holiday negatively. It went in to Vodacom repair shop sometime last year in November and they replaced the LED screen, it was also flashing and switching on and off intermittently. The repair lasted a while and then the same problems started again and I took it in to Vodacom V&A Waterfront on 29 March 2016 and two weeks later I received my phone back after being assured the repair would take 7-10 days. Software was updated. They said they would escalate the matter because the phone has been so problematic in the short period I have had it. I took it in to Vodacom again (18 April) as the flashing was severe. At 9 - 9.15 am there was no repair person nor manager at Vodacom so I took it to the Samsung store in V&A Waterfront. Shafiek was reluctant to send it in as it was not flashing at the time nor switching on and off. I explained that it is intermittent and someone waiting in line behind me confirmed that her phone had previously had the same problem and did not flash whenever she took it in to the store. It became so bad that by the time she took it back to the store it was flashing permanently. I booked the phone in with Samsung today and unfortunately I do not have any hope that this will ever be resolved. I will probably never buy a Samsung again. I have just tried to chat to one of your online agents who had no advice whatsoever except to keep saying I need to take it to Samsung after I had said a few times that I had done so and wanted to escalate the matter. I reported this on the online Samsung page and received a reply saying that this was a technical problem and they could not assist. After numerous calls to the 0860 number I was given an email address which was incorrect. I called again and received an email that worked. I received an email from Karabo Molefe on 20 April saying this has finally been escalated and someone would contact me from the VOC team. Later that day Ramona Sonny called me and I had to repeat the story over and over. She assured me she would assist after verifying the details. By Friday I had received no acknowledgement from her and called the 0860 number FOUR times. She was always unavailable but I was told she would definitely call me by the end of the business day. 4.30pm came and went and I called again to be told she had left. Her manager was not available. I left a message saying I would use social media as I was not getting anywhere with either Vodacom or Samsung. Suddenly, she had not left the office and called me back. I expressed my annoyance at her lack of response. She asked the same questions over again that we had covered during the first call. She said she would be in today and would contact me. I have no confidence that I am going to get anywhere with her. Samsung are very reluctant to give you any details of management. Every time I have sent my phone in, I have lost my screen cover and had to replace it at my own cost @R299. I have to reinstall apps on my own data (I have about 30 apps) and set up four email accounts from scratch. For medical reasons, flashing is not good for me, I have had to endure too many hours of flashing and it is detrimental to my health. I have also asked advice from Samsung regarding apps in China as I will be working there from August this year. As google is banned in China I do not know how I am going to update and buy apps for my phone. No-one from Samsung has been able to assist me!!! I would appreciate correspondence as a matter of urgency as I have reached the end of my tether. I do not have a replacement smart phone and am office bound as I cannot receive emails on the phone I am using as a replacement, amongst other inconveniences every time my phone goes in.
