Disillusioned
Vodacom promises all king of things over the phone to keep your business but then are unwilling or unable or *********** to follow through. They are quick to indicate that you are not holding up your end of the deal but clearly do not care holding their end. Their partner stores are also totally uncontrolled offering you deals that are not valid. This is shocking business practice to say the least.
